    Abstract: 王正平是台灣代表性的琵琶演奏家,同時亦是一位作曲家及指揮家,更是開拓台灣國樂的先驅,王正平的琵琶藝術,除了有眾多創作之琵琶獨奏作品,更有自成一格的琵琶美學觀,本文是以王正平表演藝術之背景,及其對藝術之思維所包含的創作、表演、人文思維三方面來進行研究,並以創作期間分為早、中、晚期各挑選一首最具代表性的曲子進行分析研究。
    早期創作《上花轎》為王氏第一首創作曲,而《天問》則是中期創作帶有哲學思維的一首作品,《童謠三章》則是王正平放下一切執著,返璞歸真時作的一首童謠組曲。
    本文的研究共有六章,分別為第一章「緒論」,說明本論文的研究動機與目的、研究範圍與架構、研究方法與步驟及文獻探討和樂曲分析相關說明,第二章「王正平樂壇生涯及美學理念」,說明王正平的生平與樂壇生涯並將其創作作品做整理與他個人獨樹一格的美學理念研究,第三章 「早期作品《上花轎》創作背景與樂曲詮釋」及第四章「中期作品《天問》創作背景與樂曲詮釋」與第五章「晚期作品《童謠三章》創作背景與樂曲詮釋」,則是研究了各時期的創作背景及樂曲分析與樂曲詮釋,並將各章提出小結,第六章 「結論」則是筆者將王正平的作品分類在其現代技法中及深入研究探討王氏創作後,所提出的個人觀點及總結。
    Ching-ping Wong is Taiwan’s premier Pipa artist, he is also a composer and conductor and Taiwan’s ancient Chinese music’s pioneer. Ching-ping Wong’s Pipa art is unique in his own way, this article is based on Ching-ping Wong’s artistic background, and his artistic thought process, including creativity, performance, culture studies. And also based on three different period of his artist life, selecting one song from each of the three periods, to analyze.

    The song “Awaiting the Wedding Sedan”(上花轎) is from his early artist stage. “Inquest to Heaven”(天問) is from the mid stage. “The Three Nursery Rhyme Suite”(童謠三章)is from his late stage, when he let go of his stubbornness and had returned to innocence, and created musical composition for children.

    This article has six parts, The First Chapter : Introduction. Discussing the goal and motive of my research and structure. The Second Chapter : Mr. Ching-ping Wong is musical life and artistry concept is discussing Ching-ping Wong’s artistic life, his musical composition, and his unique musical aesthetic and study. The Third Chapter: His early work“Awaiting the Wedding Sedan”(上花轎)background study and musical interpretation. The Fourth Chapter : “Inquest to Heaven”(天問)from his mid stage. Discussing creativity background and musical interpretation. The Fifth Chapter :“The Three Nursery Rhyme Suite“(童謠三章) from his late stage, discussing his creative background and musical interpretation, also analyzing his music from each period, their background and interpretation. The Sixth Chapter : Conclusion, is author in an attempt to classify Ching-ping Wong’s work in modern style, and analyze in-depth through personal interpretation and perspective, and offer a final conclusion.
