    Abstract: 本研究主要是以分散性染料染超微細聚酯纖維,以一般粒徑染料與細化至奈米粒徑染料染色之比較,針對堅牢度測試與上色程度來分析。依實驗結果得知,分散性染料其細化程度與染料結構種類無顯著關係。染料奈米化能更深層進入纖維孔隙之中,使染色堅牢度較一般為佳。由外觀著色濃度可得知,奈米化的染料較一般粒徑染料的外觀著色濃度來的佳,也就是上色程度有一定的提升。
    The principal prupose of this study is on nanosizing the disperse dyestuffs to colourize the fabric made of polyester super-micro fibers and to improve its dyeing properties. The results indicate that the significant effect of structure types of disperse dyestuffs on the nanosization was not found. The nanosized dyestuffs have more take-up and better dyeing fastnesses properties than general dyestuffs.
