    摘要: 過去以來，有關虛擬社群意識（Sense of Virtual Community, SOVC）的研究多半是探討社交媒體類型的社群網站(如Facebook)，而較少關注於BBS網站裡的社群意識。相較於社交媒體中以個人為主的運作模式，BBS網站中以各種不同議題的看板吸引網友進入參與，並形成一個虛擬的網路社群，當自身的需求被滿足，使用者就會團結、產生凝聚力，並吸引其他人加入該社群，更可能促進「社群意識（Sense of Community, SOC）」的產生。
    　　社群意識和凝聚力在虛擬社群發展的過程中，佔了十分重要的地位，甚至可能影響到成員是否決定繼續留在社群中。社群意識的成長取決於成員之間共同目標以及相互達成目標的強弱，若成員之間具有強烈共存、歸屬情感，則代表社群中社群意識和凝聚力較強，對社群發展將會更有助益。人格特質會影響網路使用者在網路社群中的參與行為，進階影響本身的社群意識。而他人對使用者的異議表達會改變其對該社群的社群意識，因而影響到社群中的凝聚力。因此本研究將以全國最大的BBS站「PTT」為例，探討虛擬社群中影響社群意識及凝聚力之因素。
    For the past few years, the research about SOVC(Sense of Virtual Community) usually talk about Social Networking Service(such as Facebook) rather than BBS website. Not like Social Networking Service’s operation pattern is making every user like a main body, BBS website has various themes attract people to join. It form a virtual community, when user’s needs being satisfied, user will become more united and has more cohesion. It will tempt others to join this community, and encourage the SOVC.
    The SOVC and cohesion is very important for virtual community’s development, they could even impact on the decision about users will stay or not. Growth of the SOVC depends on same targets between users, if they have a strong sense of belonging, then it represent the community has a high level SOVC and cohesion, it’ll support the development of community. Personality traits would impact the behavior of Internet users in virtual community, then impact the cohesion of community. Hence, this research will take the most famous BBS website in the country ‘PTT’ as an example, to explore the reasons about effects of SOVC and cohesion in virtual community.
