| 摘要: | 越籍女性新移民在台人數最多，她們就地創業的動機與日俱增，本論文基礎是深度訪談八位越籍配偶，詳細分析整理資料，研究結果發現有三：一、創業動機：包括越南和台灣的工作經驗、台越婚姻和諧程度、經濟壓力與本身興趣；二、創業準備：包括知識能力的充實、親屬支助資金、人際網絡的建立、運用創業資源、加強經營管理能力；三、創業期待：綜觀創業企圖心，分為維持現狀、擴大經營和展業計畫。
本研究旨在提供越籍女性在台創業經驗給予有意創業的外籍配偶和本國籍女性作為借鏡；同時藉以呼籲提醒媒體與大眾以同理心看待異文化民族；並期望，政府擬定移民創業政策時應更為貼近外配所需，以及推動過程用對力道，才能幫助她們適應台灣的社會和解決其經濟困難。
The numbers of Vietnam national female new immigrant in Taiwan is the most, their local venture creation is also getting increased, The foundation of this thesis is through deep interview with 8 Vietnam national spouses, analyzing in details and arranging the interview information, the result of study discovers that 3 factors: 1. The motivation of Vietnam national female: They have had working experience in Taiwan, the extent of marriage harmony between Taiwan and Vietnam, economic pressure along with interesting, 2. Preparation of new venture creation: includes fulfillment of knowledge and skill, relative support, and fund for new venture creation, close of human relationship network, well use of resource of new venture creation and operating & management ability, 3. Expectation of new venture creation: summarizes the strength of motivation of Vietnam national spouse, which can be divided into keeping the current status and plan of expansion of operating & management of shop.
The purpose of this is to study provide the new venture creation experience of Vietnam national female in Taiwan as a mirror for other national female, and also calls on the media to use empathy to look different cultural nationalism, and don’t stigma report again and again, finally, government shall fulfill multiculturalism to propose a policy of new immigrant venture creation, of which shall be described in Chinese and Vietnamese as more close to the need of Vietnam spouse in order to help them to create business venture successfully in Taiwan. |
