本研究目的在探討運動前攝入不同增補劑後從事耐力運動對生理、血液生化指標之影響。方法是以健康未受過訓練之男性10名大學生為研究對象。平均年齡22.1±2.2歲,身高172±7.1公分,體重64.78±13.28公斤。以平衡次序原則在運動前分別接受增補咖啡因、碳酸氫鈉、咖啡因+碳酸氫鈉與安慰劑等四種增補方式,並於運動中測量其心跳率、運動自覺量表,於跑步結束後採血分析各項血液生化值。所得資料以重覆量數單因子變異數分析,以α=.05為顯著水準。結果顯示,咖啡因+碳酸氫鈉組力竭時間雖然較安慰劑組延長7%,但在統計上無顯著差異。攝入碳酸氫鈉組的酸鹼值增補前到力竭的上升的幅度顯著高於咖啡因組與安慰劑組。鹼剩餘是混合組相較於安慰劑組有顯著性差異。建議可透過實驗人數增加、進食時間可提前或改良飲食設計,則能對運動表現有更明顯的意義。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of caffeine and sodium bicarbonate supplementation before endurance exercise on performance. Method: Ten healthy male college students of Chinese Culture University participated as subjects (age of 22.1 ± 2.2 years; height 172 ± 7.1 cm; weight 64.78 ± 13.28 kg). Subjects were randomly assigned to caffeine, sodium bicarbonate, caffeine + sodium bicarbonate and placebo trials. Recording heart rate,RPE. Blood samples collected after exercise. Data were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA (α=.05). Result: caffeine + sodium bicarbonate after exercise than the average pre-exercise (p<.05), exhausting time extended 7%. But no statistically significant difference between the groups (p>.05). pH increase before endurance exercise sodium bicarbonate is more higher than caffeine and placebo. Caffeine + sodium bicarbonate has significant effects on base excess. Suggestion: expanding the research subjects, early dinner time, change diet plan It’s more symbolic meaning on exercise.
