This thesis was divided into seven chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction. Chapter 2: How to classify stories type of Song and Yuan. The 3 and 4 chapters: Compare the change of main plot of Song and Yuan traditional type and international type during spreading process. Chapter 5: Analysis factors and limitations of traditional story types ; the stories reflect the characteristics of space-time background, and so on. Chapter 6: Analysis of the international nature of the story and discuss the plot changes of stories spread to Chinese and overseas. Chapter 7: Conclusions.
