| 摘要: | 台灣不織布自1960年代起發展至今，業者經歷台灣經濟起飛、十大建設後的繁榮、2000年的金融風暴、台商外移、後來的石油危機、美國房貸造成的金融危機到現在歐洲五國間接影響的全球不景氣，能夠生存至今的企業，都是台灣最有實力的企業，希望透過國內外的同業資訊整理，歸納出台灣不織布業的核心價值，使不織布業在努力為台灣創造產值之時，能從中找到參考的方向。
2013年台灣不織布出口金額為3.39億美元，出口重量為82,289公噸，分別較2012年成長4%及11%，是2012年特種布中唯一出口成長的產品；出口單價為每公斤4.11美元，較2012年每公斤4.38美元減少6%。
進口值約為1.22億美元，比2012年1.3億減少6.2%；進口量為2萬6,579公噸，與2012年2萬7,778公噸相較減少4.3 %，進口單價為4.6美元比2012年每公斤4.69美元減少2 ％。
面對整體經濟的不景氣、區域整合及大環境競爭等衝擊，本研究根據國內外不織布定義，參考日本不織布情報(Japan Nonwoven Report)年鑑、Nonwoven Industry等雜誌之產業發展趨勢與統計資訊，利用參觀相關國際不織布展覽所得之情報，以及訪問台灣不織布相關業者，紀錄業者現況並歸納各方意見，作為歸納台灣不織布產業發展方向的參考依據。
Taiwan nonwoven fabric industry has developed since 1960's up to now. Through Taiwan's economic infancy, the prosperity of ten major construction projects ,then the financial crisis in 2000, the relocation of Taiwan companies moving to China, the oil crisis, the U.S. house mortgage crisis and five European countries indirectly impact of the global recession, Nonwoven enterprises which can survive now, are the most powerful enterprises in Taiwan.
2013 Taiwan nonwoven fabric export value is US$339 million, the amount of weight is 82,289 tons for growing up 4% and 11% rather than 2012. The export value of nonwoven is the only up one of special cloth in 2012. The export price is US$4.11 per kilogram,which is reduced 6% rather than US$4.38 per kilogram in 2012.
Import value of 2013 is about US$122 million, compare to US$130 million of 2012 reduce 6.2%. The import quantity for 26,579 tons, compare to 27,778 tons in 2012 reduce 4.3%. The import price is USD 4.69 per kilogram compare to USD 4.6 in 2012 reduced 2%.
Recession, district integration and great environment competition etc. impact that faces whole economy, this research makes reference strategies and trends are collected from domestic and global stastistics through international nonwoven associations and the top nonwoven companies.
