    Abstract: 本研究目的在探討F保險公司業務人員的工作滿意度是否會影響組織承諾,組織文化是否形成干擾效果,故以工作滿意度、組織承諾及組織文化所造成的影響,進而探討其間之關聯性。本研究採用群集抽樣問卷調查方式,分別以北部、中部、南部及東部之業務人員為抽樣對象,並按人口比例發放 800 份問卷,有效問卷 520 份,有效回收率65 %,以 SPSS 統計軟體進行實證資料分析。

    研究結果顯示工作滿意度對於組織承諾有顯著影響;組織文化對組織承諾具有顯著正向的解釋能力,此研究結果作為壽險業界在經營傳統業務員通路時之參考。
    This study aims to investigate the F insurance company business staff job satisfaction will affect organizational commitment, whether organizational culture formation of interference effects, so to job satisfaction, the impact of organizational commitment and organizational culture caused, and then explore the meantime the Correlation. This study used cluster sampling survey methods, respectively, business people in northern, central, southern and eastern parts of the sampling object, according to the proportion of the population distributed 800 questionnaires, 520 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate of 65%, in order to carry out SPSS statistical software Empirical data analysis.
    The results show that job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant impact; organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant positive explanatory power, the results of this study as a reference in the life insurance industry's traditional sales channels of operation.
