    题名: 和平文化經營理念與員工士氣關係–兼論員工倫理教育訓練之中介效果
    A Study of Relationship among Managerial Philosophy of a Peace Culture and Employee Morale and the Mediating Effect of Employee Ethics Educational Training

    摘要: 「和平文化經營理念」之重視程度,會影響公司的管理制度與福利制度,進而會影響員工士氣,但是管理制度與福利制度畢竟是外在的激勵效果,對員工內心的激勵需要在職訓練。若在職訓練僅在制度面、技術面、福利面仍然不足,尚須倫理教育訓練,尤其「世界市民教育訓練」。因此,本研究進一步探討「世界市民教育訓練」對「和平文化經營理念」與員工士氣的影響。
    企業領導者之「和平文化經營理念」之重視程度會影響員工倫理教育訓練,尤其是世界市民教育訓練會影響員工士氣之差異。本研究之目的在了解目前各國MNE對和平文化經營理念之重視程度與員工士氣之關係,並探究員工倫理教育訓練之中介效果。樣本以電子零組件製造業為主體,採日本、美國、英國三國企業在台子公司作為抽樣之對象。
    研究結果發現,員工倫理教育訓練對和平文化經營理念與員工士氣具有中介效果。MNE對和平文化經營理念重視程度愈高,公司愈會重視員工的在職訓練,尤其是世界市民教育訓練,而世界市民教育愈落實,更可提升員工士氣,呈現更高的工作意願、組織忠誠以及群體精神。
    The degree of attention of the managerial philosophies of a peace culture will af-fect the company's management system and the welfare system, which will affect staff morale, but the management system and the welfare system, after all, is an external in-centive effect, the incentive for employees inner need on-the-job training. Yet to ethics education and training, job training only in the aspect of the system, the technical, wel-fare surface is still insufficient, especially "world public education and training." There-fore, this study further explore the world public education and training can affect on the managerial philosophies of a peace culture and staff morale.
    The business leader emphasis of the managerial philosophies of a peace culture im-pact the staff ethics education and training, especially in the world of public education training will affect the morale of the employees of the differences. The purpose of this study to understand the current national MNE emphasis on the managerial philosophies of a peace culture and staff morale, and to explore the mediating effect of employee ethics training. Sample as the main electronic components manufacturing, mining Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom three enterprises in Taiwan subsidiary as the object of the sampling.
    The study found that employees ethics training the managerial philosophies of a peace culture and staff morale has mediating effect. MNE the managerial philosophies of a peace culture the higher the degree of attention, more attention will be paid to em-ployees on-the-job training, especially in the world of public education training, and the world of public education more implementation, but also boost staff morale, showing a greater willingness to work, organizational loyalty and community spirit.
