Abstract:	本研究問題是深切瞭解到在社區發展的過程中不能不以基層社區組織－社區發展協會作為推動的主要力量，尤其借重其結合社區資源、運用組織力量，於凝聚社區居民意識及增進社區居民參與上確實有其必要性與重要性，亦成為今日倡導社區認同、自主參與及社區關懷上值得重視的議題。本所研究為進行探討社區居民對社區的感覺、參與社區活動狀況，並探求社區發展會正推展社區工作效益社的調查研究，特以問卷調查之方式，來蒐集社區居民的意見以評估社區意識、社區活動參與及社區發展工作之間的影響。問卷共分為四大部份，第一部份為社區意識，第二部份為居民參與社區活動、第三部份對社區發展會滿意度。進行填答。總共發出200份問卷，回收有效問卷187份，回收率93%。整體而言，社區居民對題目所描述的內容同意度頗高。在功能性績效上分別呈現正相關。本研究是針對居民社區意識、社區參與及對社區發展協會的滿意度做一瞭解與分析，並以此為基礎，設計對社區居民的實證調查問卷，俾對社區居民對政府主管部門對社區發展協會提供建議。 While doing the analysis of the study, I realized that the grass-roots community organization, community Development Association, plays an important role in promoting the development of community because it not only can integrate the community sources together, has an impact on centralizing the resident sense of community but also can enhance the resident community participation. So, it’s a necessary and must-have association in the process of developing the community as well as an issue people should pay attention to while promoting the community identity, self-participation and community care. Our study will investigate the feeling community residents have toward to the community and the condition of the activity participation and explore the work efficiency Community Development Association is promoting right now. We collect the feedback of community residents by the questionnaire survey to evaluate the influence among the sense of community, community activity participation and the community development work. The residents need to file in four parts of the questionnaire survey, which are the sense of community, the activities residents participate and the satisfaction of community development. We gave out total of 200 surveys and collected 187 valid surveys back, which have 93% of collecting rate. Taken as a whole, most community residents agree the content we described in the survey and have positive correlation in the functional performances. The study is the analysis and comprehension of the resident sense of community, community participation and the satisfaction of community development association. Then, in the light of our analysis and comprehension, we design the empirical questionnaire survey for community resident to give their suggestions to government authority and Community Development Association.
