摘要: | 目的:本研究主要目的旨在探討高中網球選手,在不同訓練階段的訓練內容條件下,其壓力-恢復狀況之差異。次要目的在探討各校網球選手在各訓練各階段各構面(一般壓力、生理壓力、心理壓力和社會壓力)之變化情形。方法: 本研究以臺北市私立中興高中、臺北市南湖高中、台北縣立三重高中、台北市立大直高中網球代表隊,一至三年級學生49名為研究對象。於週期訓練中之準備期、賽次前期、比賽期、過渡期,進行RESTQ-52 Sport問卷測驗,並觀察選手在不同訓練變化下的恢復和壓力情形。結果:高中網球選手在不同訓練階段,其壓力與恢復狀態在心理壓力構面有所差異;另外,中興高中選手在不同訓練階段,其壓力與恢復狀態在心理壓力構面有所差異、三重高中選手在不同訓練階段,其壓力與恢復狀態在一般壓力、生理壓力、社會壓力構面有所差異。 結論:過渡期壓力與恢復顯著性高於比賽期,再者為賽次前期,最後為準備期。並非每日訓練時數愈長,選手倦怠指數愈高,其中受到環境、同儕、教練訓練方式有關。本研究以探討壓力狀態和恢復需求的相互關係,希望藉由壓力和運動恢復的監控讓教練以及選手重視過度訓練的問題。
Purpose: The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the differences of training load changes on stress and recovery in high school tennis players. Secondary was aimed at exploring the dimensions ( general stress, physical stress, psychological stress and social pressure ) of the tennis players at various stages in the training. Methods: There were 49 tennis plays from Chunsin high school, Nanhu high school, Sanchun high school and Dachi high school as subjects in the study. In the preparation stage, pre-competition stage, competition stage and transitional stage, the RESTQ-52 Sport questionnaire was applied as research tool to collect data and observed the players in different training stages the recovery and stress scenarios. Results: High school tennis players in various stages of training, its pressure and recovery stated psychological pressure dimensions vary. In addition, Chunsin high school tennis players in different train stage, its pressure and recovery status had differences in the dimensions of psychological pressure, Sanchun high school players in various stages of training, its pressure and recovery status in general stress, physical pressure, social pressure dimensions vary. Conclusion: The readings of pressure and recovery in recovery stages was significant higher than in the competition stage, moreover for the pre-competition stage, and preparation stage the last. Not training hours a day longer, higher the index of player burnout, which was related to environment, peers and coaches training method. This study was to investigate the relationship between stress and recovery, hoping that coaches and athletes attach importance to the problem of overtraining as they are monitoring stress and recovery in training. |
