Abstract
The phenomenon of decreasing birthrate and aging population is a big problem in many countries. This kind of problem is the most obviously in Japan. Therefore, in Asia, America, and Europe, there are many countries follow with Japan and to see the way and policy which Japan comes up with.
The purpose of this thesis is to look deep into the unprecedented ageing society in Japan by welfare equipment. Also the nursing insurance and pension in Japan are in the range which has to be cleared up and to analyze the life of elder people, and the disparity of wealth in society.
There are many country such as Taiwan, China, Germany are just like the miniature of Japan. In other words, those countries which facing to the phenomenon of decreasing birthrate and aging population is possibly going to become the next Japan, and it also means that the composition of population will change in the future. Furthermore, it is a trend that many social problems will happen due to the change of population. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with this issue.
