為因應網路社群時代的特性,許多企業徵才是以資訊科技社群人才為對象,然而傳統人力銀行尚無法滿足此類人才之供需,為了協助企業找到合適的資訊科技社群人才,本研究採用AHP層級分析法,依據求職者的特質、經歷、專業知識及參與社群的影響能力,先建構一套「企業選擇資訊科技社群人才之決策因素」層級架構,再由經由專家訪談及問卷調查,進而分析其各評估準則的權重,以及選才的決策方案;研究結果顯示「專業知識」權重最大,「社群影響能力」的權重則是第二,而「人格特質」構面是最小比例,故企業選才最主要的考慮因素為專業知識,最不重視的因素為人格特質,建議求職者皆應培養專業知識的能力,其次,因應社群時代的來臨,求職者應跟隨時代趨勢,也要增加在社群的能力。
To meet the needs of the Internet age, many businesses are seeking information technology social network professionals. However, traditional job profiles still cannot fulfill this human resource requirement. In order to assist businesses to find qualified information technology social network professionals, an Analytic Hierarchy Process was utilized in this research. A set of “Businesses’ Decision Factors on Hiring Information Technology Social Network Professionals” hierarchy structure was first established, based on a job seeker’s characteristics, experience, professional knowledge, and capability to influence participation in social networks. An expert interview and questionnaire survey was then conducted to analyze the weight of each assessment criteria, as well as hiring decision cases. The results indicated that “professional knowledge” had the highest weight, followed by “ability to influence social networks”, with the “personal characteristics” dimension recording the lowest ratio. Therefore, the main consideration for businesses’ hiring is professional knowledge, whereas the least important is personal characteristics. It is recommended that job seekers develop their professional knowledge ability, and with the arrival of the social network age, job seekers should follow the trend by improving their social network ability.
