    Title: 熱熔性聚酯不織布廢邊/金屬網熱壓製板機械性質之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係以不織布廢邊為基材,金屬網為強化材,將不織布廢邊打碎後,與金屬網以文互疊,再經熱壓製成板材,藉由改變成型條件,來探討複合材料的機械性質。由實驗結果得知,因金屬網的夾入使得強度提高20~30%,在低熱壓時間下壓力及溫度對強度的影響較大,而在高壓下溫度的影響則較小。在不同熱壓溫度下,隨著時間及壓力的增加,其強度值隨之提高,伸度值則隨之減小。但是在壓力為90kg/cm2時,伸度值會略為增加。
