    Title: 熱熔性聚酯不織布廢邊/金屬網熱壓製板機械性質之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係以不織布廢邊為基材，金屬網為強化材，將不織布廢邊打碎後，與金屬網以文互疊，再經熱壓製成板材，藉由改變成型條件，來探討複合材料的機械性質。由實驗結果得知，因金屬網的夾入使得強度提高20~30%，在低熱壓時間下壓力及溫度對強度的影響較大，而在高壓下溫度的影響則較小。在不同熱壓溫度下，隨著時間及壓力的增加，其強度值隨之提高，伸度值則隨之減小。但是在壓力為90kg/cm2時，伸度值會略為增加。
