摘要:	在校園建置寬頻網路已是相當普及，也是學生進行學習、研究、與資料查尋等應用的主要管道。學生經常透過校園網路大量存取網路上的資料，尤其是點對點技術（peer-to-peer，P2P）軟體當道的時代，常常一位使用者就可能占用大部分的網路頻寬或是個人電腦中ARP病毒，導致網段內所有電腦全部攤瘓、及網路攻擊事件造成日後追查困難等影響網路安全等問題，將是學校在網路管理上的一大隱憂與待解決的問題。本研究運用Linux 作業系統上的iptables防火牆模組、PHP網頁程式、與MySQL資料庫等軟體程式，建置一部網路管理系統，禁止非法的IP/MAC位址連線封包存取校內網路資源，並對大量占用網路頻寬的學生進行網路流量管制，以系統提供之嚴謹與準確的管制機制，可防止校園網路濫用、佔用頻寬、及衍生資訊安全等相關問題，提昇校園網路的效能與連線品質。 The campus broadband network is already very popular, students use campus network to learn, research, and data search and other applications. Campus network through a lot of students often access data on the network, especially peer to peer technology (peer-to-peer, P2P) software, often a user might take up most of the network bandwidth or PC ARP virus infection, leading to network all the computers can not access and network attacks cause future difficulties in tracing the impact of network security issues, will be the schools in a major worry and to be resolved problems. In this research, using the iptables firewall module, PHP web programming, and MySQL database and other software programs based on Linux operating system, build a network management system to prohibit illegal IP / MAC Address Access network resources in schools and a large number of students take up network bandwidth network traffic control, the system provides the precise and accurate control mechanisms to prevent abuse of the campus network, occupied bandwidth, and derivative security and other related issues, to enhance the campus network performance and connection quality.
