摘要: | 全球對環保的意識越來越講究,業界不斷的開發與研究創新,研究開發出節省能源及環保為重要目標,開發出低污染的染料及紡織品。因此本實驗利用紅肉火龍果為原料,萃取出其天然色素,在固定pH4.5條件下,對尼龍織物染色,評估織物上色,再對染色的織物進行TiO2塗布作各類堅牢度測試。結果顯示耐日光堅牢度在有塗布TiO2時可提升0.5級至l級,有添加媒染劑耐日光堅牢度佳,水洗及摩擦牢度大部分都4-5級。
For the spotlight on the more and more importance of people's consciousness of environmental protection, the colorant of hylocereus polyrhizus was used to colorizing the nylon fabric with no or a specific mordant reagent in this study. And, the samples colorized were further coated with the reagent TiO2 nanosized to improve the dyeing properties of the natural colorant of hylocereus polyrhizus. The results indicate that the samples colorized with a specific mordant reagent have better dyeing fastnesses than those without a mordant reagent. Meanwhile, the samples after-treated with TiO2 nanosized have also better light fastness than those without after-treatment by 0.5 to 1 degree. |
